To Calculate Mortgage Repayment

You can register your correspondence GSM Number & Email Address on FMBN Databank via the USSD service

To commence, take the following steps:

STEPS :

1. Dial *219# and send
2. Type 5 and send
3. Type 1 and send
4. Enter Loan Amount and send
5. Enter Tenor (Year) and send

In each submenu, you can type 00 to go “Back” to the previous screen or click on the “Cancel” button to quit the service.

Legend :

AMT - Entered Loan Amount
TENOR - Entered Loan Tenor in Years
RATE - FMBN Default Interest Rate of 6%
PRIN - The System computed Monthly Mortgage Principal
INTR - The System computed Monthly Mortgage Interest
TOTAL - The system computed total mortgage Repayment to FMBN each month.

On successful validation and update, the above response will be displayed.
