The FMBN Mobile App can be downloaded from Google play store and the Apple Store.

Can all NHF Contributors have access to this Mobile App?

Yes, all NHF Contributors can have access to the Mobile App provided they are still ACTIVE in the scheme.

What type of Device(s) can the App be used on?

The App can be used on Android and IOS Devices.

What are the requirements for registering on the FMBN Mobile App?

Your NHF Number, Email address and Phone Number.

What Happens if i forget my password?

You can use the "Forgot Login" on the Mobile App Page.

What happens when i acquire a new device or need to change my device?

Download FMBN Mobile App and login with your existing login details (if you already have) or register if you are a new user.

What other platforms can i use to check my contribution records?

You have three (3) platforms. The USSD (*219#), The Mobile App and the self-service if you prefer to use a computer.

What do i do if i need to make complaints.
